The service

OwnMyAds gives you a web app, a command line tool and an optional Claude connector for managing Meta ads with your own business access key.

Your account

Keep your login and your Meta access key safe. You are responsible for every change made with your account and key, including changes you approve from the AI agent. Turning ads on and raising budgets spends real money in your ad account.

Meta rules

You must follow Meta’s terms and advertising policies. OwnMyAds cannot stop Meta from restricting a profile, business or ad account.

Plans and billing

Plans renew monthly through Whop until you cancel. See Refunds.

Acceptable use

Use OwnMyAds only as described in our Acceptable use policy.

No guarantees

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee results, uptime, or that the AI agent’s suggestions are right. Always review a plan before you apply it.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using OwnMyAds at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email.
